Shelley Watson

Shelley joined United Civil in January 2021.

 Shelley started her career in recruitment and moved into human resources (HR) early on. She has in-depth experience in the Construction and Infrastructure industry having previously worked for Tier One construction companies. Partnering with those businesses she has led HR for multiple teams across New Zealand and Fiji for regional, industrial, maintenance and major project (including NCTIR and Waikato Expressway) streams within the industry.

 Shelley divides her time between our Northland and Auckland offices.

 She holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations and Commercial Law.
