We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Lead to own and deliver recruitment, employer brand, and internal capability — all in-house, and all with impact.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, and senior operational roles across the business
  • Shape and deliver our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and tell our story through the right channels
  • Build a strong, authentic employer brand presence to attract high-calibre people in a competitive market
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate needs, plan ahead, and build a strong internal pipeline
  • Develop and lead campaigns to get the right people to deliver excellence in our projects
  • Support career pathways, development initiatives, and internal mobility
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience and streamline hiring outcomes
  • Develop simple, practical tools and initiatives that help the business grow its people

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in-house
  • Skills in employer branding, content/storytelling, or internal communications
  • Exposure to organisational development or learning initiatives
  • Excellent relationship and influencing skills — able to partner across levels
  • A hands-on, can-do approach — you’re just as comfortable doing the work as you are designing it
  • Civil construction or infrastructure sector experience is a bonus
