Paul Mandeno

Paul is a director, major shareholder and the Group Operations Manager of United Civil. He has extensive experience in the construction of high value, complex civil engineering works and is United Civil’s most senior project manager.

Paul has successfully managed numerous water, wastewater reticulation and road construction projects with values in excess of $10m.

Some of the high profile projects Paul project managed are stage 3 of the Whangārei Sewerage Scheme; civil works at Northport’s deepwater port; and civil works for the Carter Holt Harvey LVL facility at Marsden Point.

Paul holds a New Zealand Certificate in Civil Engineering.
